Profitmaker Retail monitors the progress of all jobs, from receiving a new lead right through to the installation and beyond. Profitmaker Retail will highlight jobs that require attention and lets management keep a close eye at each stage of the sales, survey, purchase and installation processes.

The CRM enables each user to record interactions with a customer and add notes to a job, a user can attach images and emails to a job as well as set follow up tasks for themselves or colleagues. On login each user can see their outstanding tasks list.

Profitmaker Retail was a complete game changer when we launched it in 2007 as it allows us to see leads, estimates & orders in real time right through to install & aftercare. Having all of our staff on the one platform
(and on mobile devices whilst off site) improves our communication within the team and with customers.

We no longer have to rely on off-line spreadsheets to give a quote to a customer but are able to produce high quality quotes complete with specifications and drawings that can be emailed to customers.
